Woodbury Middle School Physical Education teacher Chris McGrath is encouraging students to celebrate their achievements by displaying them on a motivational bulletin board called "The Fridge."

McGrath instituted the bulletin board right outside of the gym for students to post notes with accomplishments that they are proud of. Students have already adorned "The Fridge" with Post-It notes celebrating achievements in areas like academics, athletics, music, and more. This simple tradition reminds students that even the little things should be celebrated.
