The Woodbury Middle School band had a special lesson with a guest conductor this week.

Nicole Kleigl, the K-12 Music Coordinator in the Cheshire School District visited WMS to work with students on some of the pieces they performed in the spring concert including "Critical Call" and "Imperium." Ms. Kleigl helped the students delve deeper into their musical skills with some different techniques for these pieces.

It was an enriching experience and a terrific opportunity for the WMS band members to work with a guest conductor. Thank you to Region 14 Director of Fine Arts and WMS Band teacher Jamie Odell for this special event for the students.
